Carpet cleaning services include steam cleaning of your carpet areas, along with stain removal where necessary. Amended pricing may apply where additional stain removal is required to achieve agent-ready carpets.
Pest Control
For just $150, add pest control to your bond cleaning service.
Our standard pest control service provides for most rental homes, covering for fleas where you have had pets (cats/dogs). Sometimes Property Managers and Real Estate Agents require pest control as part of your exit. Be sure to check your lease agreement and to advise us if you require a specific type of treatment.
